SCHEDULE: Updated 8/01/2019 based on 2018. Changes will be posted as plans completed.

1:00pm:Registration begins at the Hamilton Willard Shafer Farm.

Pull into temporary parking on the eastern side of the barn (increased in size from last year) and walk into the house to register (if you registered online or by mail, you must still register that you have arrived at the house and pick up your envelope that has your token, parking instructions, schedule and map).

Tours of the house will be available all day and event shirts will be on sale as well. You may also buy a bale of straw for $5 at registration.

Federal troops may unload and set up camp, but the faster you can move your car to the reenactor parking lot, the best for all involved. Let us know if you need to pull up to your campsite due to physical limitations, so that we can make accomodations.

CS troops can then drive to their camp site to unload as well.

Reenactor parking is at the Ruritan Club on the east side of town.

The shuttle will run continuously between the parking lot and the two camps which are only a mile apart. It will start at 1:00pm or as needed, ending at 11:00pm. It can also take those who wish to go, to the top of Crampton's Gap, PJ Gilligan's 1860's store, the South Mountain Heritage Society Museum at the German Reformed Church, and Distillery Lane Ciderworks.
